These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 67stickers.com and purchases from 67Stickers (“67Stickers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the website, submitting artwork, approving a proof, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

1. Online Store and Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate, complete billing, shipping, and contact information. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products, Pricing, and Orders

We try to describe products, materials, sizes, quantities, colors, production times, and pricing accurately. We may correct errors, update information, refuse an order, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary. Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Your order is accepted when we confirm it or begin production. We may contact you if artwork, payment, inventory, shipping, or other information requires clarification.

3. Custom Artwork and Digital Proofs

You are responsible for reviewing all order details and proofs, including spelling, dimensions, quantities, colors, placement, cut lines, and design content. Production may begin after proof approval. Your approval confirms that the proof is correct and authorizes us to produce the order.

Colors displayed on screens can differ from printed colors. Minor variations in color, placement, cutting, and finished size can occur within normal commercial printing tolerances and are not defects.

4. Customer Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of artwork you submit. You grant 67Stickers a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify as needed for production, and process that artwork solely to quote, proof, manufacture, fulfill, and support your order.

You represent that you own or have permission to use every logo, image, trademark, design, name, and other material you submit. You may not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content. We may refuse or cancel work that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or another person’s rights.

5. Payments

Payment is due as shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the order total, taxes, shipping, and any approved changes. You are responsible for resolving payment authorization or billing issues.

6. Final Sales, Changes, and Cancellations

Because our stickers and labels are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide cash refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or quantity, customer-supplied artwork issues, or other non-defective orders.

Changes or cancellations are not available after proof approval or after production begins. Contact us immediately if you notice an error before approval; we will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed. Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Report a defective, damaged, materially incorrect, or wrong order within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. After review and confirmation, 67Stickers will, at our option, provide a replacement or reprint of the affected items, or issue store credit. Store credit is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

8. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk of loss passes as permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect address, weather, service interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will assist with available tracking or carrier claims.

If we cannot ship your order, or if a delay requires us to offer cancellation under applicable law, we will provide the notice, cancellation option, or refund required by law.

9. Website Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content without permission, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud, or use the website to violate any law or third-party right. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Our Intellectual Property

The website, 67Stickers branding, original text, graphics, product photography, layout, and other content we provide are owned by or licensed to 67Stickers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website for lawful shopping and communication with us.

11. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, messaging, or other services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 67Stickers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 67Stickers harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from artwork or content you submit, your violation of another person’s intellectual property or other rights, or your unlawful misuse of the website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

16. General Terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, form the agreement between you and 67Stickers concerning the website and orders.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
