Ordering

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our standard minimum order is 20 pieces. The 10-sticker promotional pack is an exception and can be ordered as one pack of 10. Choose your sticker style, size and quantity on the product page. Each promotional deal is limited to one pack per customer across all orders, including repeat orders, with one design per pack.

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your product, upload your artwork, select your quantity and size, and add to cart. It's that easy!

Can I see a proof before printing?

Yes! After checkout, we send a free digital proof for your review. Printing begins only after you approve the proof.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, and PSD files. For best results, upload a high resolution PNG or PDF with transparent background at 300 DPI or higher.

What materials do you use?

Our stickers and labels are printed on premium vinyl that's waterproof, UV resistant, dishwasher safe, and built to last 3 to 5+ years outdoors. We also offer paper, holographic, glitter, clear, and specialty material options.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! Our vinyl stickers are 100% waterproof, weatherproof, and dishwasher safe. They're made to withstand rain, snow, sun, and everyday wear and tear.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Standard U.S. shipping is $5.99, with free standard shipping on orders of $499 or more. Product prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes.

How long does shipping take?

Production typically takes 3–5 business days after proof approval. Standard shipping transit typically takes an additional 3–5 business days after dispatch. Proof review time, production and transit are separate; 3–5 production days is not a nationwide delivery promise. Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $499 or more.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If your order is defective, we will replace it or provide store credit. See our Refund Policy for details.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry about that! Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we'll make it right immediately.

Design Help

Can you design my sticker for me?

Yes! Upload your artwork and we'll handle the rest, or chat with us on WhatsApp and our design team will help you create your sticker from scratch.

What if I don't have artwork?

No problem! Send us your idea through WhatsApp or the contact form and our team will help you get it print ready. No design experience needed.
